Akta (Sk.). Anointed: a title of Twashtri or Visvakarman, the highest “Creator” and Logos in the Rig -Veda. He is called the “Father of the Gods” and “Father of the sacred Fire” (See note page 101, Vol. II., Sec.Doct.).
