Our Excursion Party.—1., matching H. P. Blavatsky's Scrapbooks, volume 9, page 119, item 1. The complete compound illustration, all individual figures, background details, outer frame and original printed caption are retained as one image. No sitter identities or artist name are assigned from resemblance.

From The Phrenological Journal and Life Illustrated, July 1874, p. 38, illustrating A Summer's Vacation. The facing physical leaves print July and 1874 with folios 38–39. No volume or issue number is inferred from the incomplete bound issue. The repository's general serial date 1870 is not used as the date of these leaves.

The album places plate 2 on page 118 and plate 1 on page 119; that album order is preserved. This matching design does not identify the physical source copy used for the cutting or the date of album assembly. The unchanged full source page remains linked below.

The printed frame was checked and already sufficiently level; no rotation or resampling. Alignment evidence: Top frame segments measured -0.110/-0.099/0.000/-0.059 degrees; near level, no rotation. Final native-coordinate crop (150, 305)–(2630, 4305), right and bottom exclusive. The complete printed illustration, frame and caption or epigraph are retained. All output pixels lie within the original image-supported area, with no added canvas. Natural paper colour, fading, stains, show-through and original marks remain. No enlargement, colour or tonal correction, sharpening, retouching, reconstruction or generative processing. Final pixels were independently reproduced from the unchanged source JPEG.
