Summary

Description

Lilly. Matching historical illustration for H. P. Blavatsky's Scrapbooks, volume 10, page 106, item 2. The right face of the two illustrations grouped in album item 2. The entire oval ornamental frame, rectangular printed field and own printed LILLY name are retained. The artist or engraver is not established.

The Medium and Daybreak, volume X, no. 502, 14 November 1879, first page (one-based PDF page 1). The shared printed caption describes casts of faces from wax moulds made by materialised spirit-forms in London on 21–22 October 1879, naming Mr. Alfred F— as medium and Mr. William Oxley as recorder. This transcribes the publication's claim; it is not independent verification of the objects' origin. That shared caption remains on the complete source page; this individual crop retains its own name. No claim is made that this digitized physical copy supplied the scrapbook cutting.
