Sodales. The members of the Priest‐colleges. (See Freund’s Latin Lexicon, iv., 448.) Cicero tells us also (De Senectute, 13) that “ Sodalities were constituted in the Idæn Mysteries of the MIGHTY MOTHER”. Those initiated into the Sod were termed the“ Companions ”.
