This style is to design paragraph in text. To highligt just several symbols use templates for symbol styles.
Visual footnote separation when it is places in the middle of a text, rather then at the bottom. It may have title as an optional parameter. This templates should be used together with {{Footnotes end}} and most likely with {{Page}}.
Modifications:
- horizontal line (24% width) above paragraph
- title font 88% size, grey
