Quotes:Indriya

From Teopedia

H. P. Blavatsky

Indriya. The control of the senses in Yoga practice. These are the ten external agents; the five senses which are used for perception are called Jnana‐ indriya, and the five used for action — Karma‐indriya. Pancha‐indryani means literally and in its occult sense “the live roots producing life”(eternal). With the Buddhists, it is the five positive agents producing five supernal qualities.
