The Amateur Skating Club — cartoon signed Bisbee in Puck, vol. VI, no. 151, 28 January 1880, printed p. 763, lower-centre cartoon (PDF page 5). The signature is retained without an unverified expansion of the artist's name. Printed caption: “No Admittance Except on Skates.”

Matches the illustration on H. P. Blavatsky's Scrapbooks, volume 10, page 283. Linked skating figures, fallen child at the left, flying hat, checkered coat, tall man in top hat, leading figure at the right, ground hatching and Bisbee signature agree. The full source includes the small rear-left figure clipped out of the album. The Bombay Review, 13 March 1880, is the backing newspaper, not the publication identified for this separate cartoon. No claim of earliest publication or exact physical source copy is made. Album material and annotations remain separate and unchanged.
