occasions, and those special to himself, that is, when not sitting for the public, he has not only no evidence of the agency of departed spirits, but that there is no necessity for the hypothesis, nothing ever occurring which could not be performed by the action of his own spirit, working independently of his body, and seeking in the psychic emanations of those present the information (?) he is enabled to give them.
I have the several slates in my possession, and shall bring them with me to Great Russell-street, where I hope soon to greet my friends face to face.
