Quotes:Annamaya Kosha
Blavatsky, Helena Petrovna
Annamaya Kosha. A Vedantic term. The same as Sthûla Sharîra or the physical body. It is the first “sheath” of the five sheaths accepted by the Vedantins, a sheath being the same as that which is called “principle” in Theosophy.
