With Edward Maitland, issued A Letter Addressed to the Fellows of the London Lodge of The Theosophical Society (Shrewsbury, December 1883). The pamphlet includes Maitland’s comments on Esoteric Buddhism and Kingsford’s open letter to H. S. Olcott dated 31 October 1883. (BCW 5:377).
