The Maha Chohans Letter
An account of the Maha Chohan’s views on the Theosophical Society transmitted by K. H., rather than a letter in the Maha Chohan’s own hand. C. Jinarajadasa published it from copies in the papers of C. W. Leadbeater and F. Arundale. B. de Zirkoff notes the discrepancy between Blavatsky’s date of 1880 and 1881 in the copies used by Jinarajadasa. (B. de Zirkoff, BCW 10:78-79) The original communication has not been found. The first series of Letters from the Masters of the Wisdom containing it was published in 1919. (B. de Zirkoff, BCW 12:239, BCW 12:498)
