Trithemius

(1 February 1462 − 13 December 1516)

An abbot of the Spanheim Benedictines, a very learned Kabbalist and adept in the Secret Sciences, the friend and instructor of Cornelius Agrippa. (TG). German abbot and mystical writer, a teacher of Agrippa; the bibliography cites Steganographia, published in 1606. (BCW 4:666-667).
