Mooljee Thackersey

Early Indian member of the Theosophical Society and friend of H. P. Blavatsky and Henry Steel Olcott. He helped welcome the founders to Bombay in 1879 and served as a councillor of the Bombay branch.
The Founders’ arrival in Bombay was on 16 February 1879. He helped engage Babula and accompanied them on journeys in India.  (B. de Zirkoff, BCW 2:xxvi-xxvii)
