Liber antiquitatum biblicarum
An apocryphal retelling of biblical history from Adam to Saul’s death, formerly attributed to Philo of Alexandria. J. Sichart published its Latin text at Basel in 1527 from manuscripts at Lorsch and Fulda. B. de Zirkoff tentatively identifies it as the source of the account of seven golden idols cited by H. P. Blavatsky through J. E. de Mirville. (B. de Zirkoff, BCW 7:217-218)
