Disciple of the Mahatma Koot Hoomi, known in Theosophical literature as “the Disinherited” and “the Tibetan”. He acted as an intermediary in the Mahatma correspondence and wrote several letters and notes himself.
The communication printed during the controversy with W. Oxley has a longer and somewhat different version in The Mahatma Letters, no. CXXV; B. de Zirkoff records its original signature as “Gjual-Khool”. (B. de Zirkoff, BCW 4:193)
