Spiritualism – Necromancy
Spiritualists do not deny that their mesmerizing, magnetizing, calling on the dead, &c., are what is called in the Bible, "charming," "enchantment," "sorcery," "witchcraft," "necromancy," "divination," "consulting the familiar spirits," &c. And every Bible student knows that these are declared in numerous places to be "abomination," and are strictly forbidden, both in the Old and New Testaments. – Elder M. E. Cornell
