M. L. Holbrook

American physician, publisher and advocate of vegetarianism and hygiene, tentatively identified as Martin Luther Holbrook. He edited the Herald of Health. The identification accords with the initials M. L., the designation “Dr.” in the journal’s contributor index, and the subject of the reprinted article; the spreadsheet’s tentative identification as Minnie C. Holbrook is not supported.
