Inner Group of the London Lodge
An attempt to establish an inner group of the London Lodge in the summer of 1884. F. Arundale wrote out the petition to the Mahatmas; H. P. Blavatsky added a provision allowing a member to withdraw on conscientious grounds. The group soon collapsed. B. de Zirkoff regards it as an early attempt leading towards the later Esoteric Section.
