Judge R. B. Westbrook

Little definite information survives about him. He appears to have held a professorship of philology at a British university, became a Councillor of the Theosophical Society, and was made a Vice-President in 1877; H.P.B. held him in high regard, though his later history is unclear. (BCW 1:531).
